Important Information

  1. It takes circa 48 hours to setup a new mobile and or web app service after full payment and onboarding data supplied
  2. To start the process we will require your menu, logo, information and images. We will request via email sending you a link to the onboarding form.
  3. All quoted costs are ex VAT. Therefore VAT is added and chargeable
  4. After initial payment to activate order and setup the account, all payments collected via direct debit
  5. No direct debit, no service, no support and no account
  6. Monthly recuring payments and charges are in advance and payable before the month starts
  7. Hardware orders are dispatched after payment and cleared funds
  8. Hardware warranty claims and support are via the OEM direct, so please register the warranty
  9. Any account which is deactivated for any reason will be subject to a re-activation fee of £60 + VAT
  10. Additional options and services can be added at anytime and stopped at any time
  11. Existing customers can request bespoke features to be coded by our developers
