Your customers see your name everywhere.
Shouldn't your technology carry it too?
Panda EPOS builds complete, connected white-label EPOS ecosystems for hospitality franchises — tills, online ordering, mobile apps, kiosks, kitchen screens and payments — all under your franchise's brand, all managed centrally, all developed in-house in the UK.

Many franchise groups run their essential technology through several unrelated third parties. Every extra supplier is another identity in front of your customers, another support line for your franchisees, and another barrier to change.
Fragmented brand
Tills from one company, ordering website from another, app from a third. Your customers meet a different supplier's name at every touchpoint you paid to build.
No central control
Menu changes, price updates and offers rolled out location by location, supplier by supplier — with head office relying on disconnected reports.
Ideas stuck in a queue
Off-the-shelf platforms can't adapt to your operating model. The improvements you want to make wait on a supplier who builds for everyone but you.
Costs without ownership
Every location pays commissions and fees to third-party platforms — spend that builds their brand and their customer data, not yours.
One connected ecosystem. One brand — yours.
Every component below is developed in-house by Panda EPOS and delivered under your franchise's identity, connected in real time to a single cloud franchise management platform. Explore our mobile ordering apps, web ordering apps and integrated payment solutions in more depth.
Technology as a franchise service — not just a cost
Instead of paying for disconnected services, the franchise could explore turning its technology infrastructure into a branded service for its franchisees.
When the ecosystem carries your brand, the commercial model can work differently. Subject to commercial agreement, franchisors may be able to supply branded EPOS, ordering, apps and payment services to franchisees as part of the franchise package — with the potential for recurring income depending on the structure agreed.
And because orders through your own branded channels carry no percentage commissions, every location keeps more of each sale than it would through third-party platforms.
Commercial arrangements vary and are agreed individually. Nothing on this page constitutes a guarantee of income or savings.

Why Panda EPOS?
Panda EPOS Limited is a UK point-of-sale technology company (company number 10416678), trading since 2016 and based in Gloucestershire. We develop all of our EPOS, ordering and franchise management software in-house, and supply hospitality businesses across the UK — from quick-service restaurants and takeaways to pubs, cafés and multi-site groups.
We've stood where you stand
Panda EPOS was founded by people who owned and ran hospitality and retail businesses — and were let down by the EPOS systems available. We built what we wished we'd had.
Everything developed in-house
We write our own software. When your franchise needs something specific, we can build it — and roll it out to every location at once.
Cloud-based, server-free
No expensive servers or back-up infrastructure at your sites. Central management with real-time connections to every branch terminal, accessible from anywhere.
Straightforward commercials
No percentage commissions and no hidden charges. Your ordering channels and your customer data belong to your business.
Don't imagine it. Try it.
Our live demo brand, Panda Pizzeria, shows exactly how your franchise's ordering experience could look and work. Place a dummy order — no real data or payment is collected.
Franchise EPOS — frequently asked questions
What is a franchise EPOS system?
A franchise EPOS system is point-of-sale technology designed for multi-location franchise businesses. Unlike single-site EPOS, it connects every location's tills, ordering channels and payments to one central management platform, so the franchisor can administer menus, pricing, offers and reporting across the whole network in real time.
Can our franchise have EPOS and ordering apps under its own brand?
Yes. Panda EPOS supplies white-label technology: the EPOS tills, online ordering website, iOS and Android mobile apps, kiosks and kitchen screens all carry the franchise's own name, logo and branding rather than a supplier's identity.
Does Panda EPOS charge commission on orders?
No. Orders placed through a franchise's own Panda EPOS-built ordering website and mobile apps carry no percentage commissions and no per-order transaction fees, unlike third-party delivery and ordering platforms.
Can a franchisor earn revenue from its branded technology?
Potentially, yes. Subject to commercial agreement, a franchisor may supply branded EPOS, ordering, apps and payment services to its franchisees as part of the franchise package, which could create recurring income depending on the structure agreed. Income is not guaranteed and arrangements are agreed individually.
How is a multi-site rollout managed?
Rollouts are phased: a discovery call, then a working demonstration in the franchise's own branding, then a pilot location with setup, menu configuration and training handled by Panda EPOS, then a location-by-location rollout across the network while the rest of the estate continues trading.
Does the system need servers at our sites?
No. The Panda EPOS franchise management platform is cloud-based, with real-time connections to branch EPOS terminals and devices. There is no need for expensive on-site servers or backup infrastructure, and the business can be managed from head office, branches or anywhere else.
